A little bit about us....
We are a couple who have 2 Loves in Life Named Pepper and Jax (Our 2 Dogs) as well as each other, very sharing and accommodating people. Who enjoy chatting and sharing a cup of Tea/Coffee or Beer, whatever your preferred poison. Aged in late 20's work full time. Love camping & spend weekends catching up with family OR have a small group of friends over for a BBQ. As an Ex Chef I enjoy cooking so needless to say have all the tools required to impress & entertain your own guests. Willingly to pass cooking knowledge on wherever required. Enjoy good company easy going relaxed people to chill at end of day/week with.
The House Itself
Has 3 Large Spacious Bedrooms, 1 other Room used for Study/Dining room, Large Kitchen 8 Gas Stove Top plus oven, Spacious Lounge with Brick Woodfire place, High Ceilings throughout home with 3 Sunlight Roofs, Store Room inside, Laundry Room also well sized, Plua a Sunroom, Excellent Outdoor Entertaining Area undercover & 3 Ceiling fans with use of BBQ, 2 Bathrooms (1 is Ensuite, other is discussed as above) As we are a couple we share the room that has the ensuite attached. So we are actually looking to Rent out the 2 Large rooms 1 person per room, both have Bed if needed also both come with BIR. We have additional storage outside in Garage if needed. Have all appliances & much more need only bring yourself & clothing. Being such a spacious Home there is no getting in each others way so can quite comfortably fit 4 working Adults.
